This skill should be used when the user needs to perform Non-Compartmental Analysis (NCA) on pharmacokinetic data, including calculating PK parameters (Cmax, Tmax, AUC, t1/2, Kel, MRT, CL/F, Vd/F) from concentration-time data, generating concentration-time curves, or analyzing drug pharmacokinetic profiles.
