This skill normalizes (整定) a manuscript's reference list against the BUILT-IN citation standard of 《宇航学报》(Journal of Astronautics), which is GB/T 7714-2025 based with journal-specific overrides. Triggers include '按本刊规范整定参考文献', '参考文献著录规范', '把这批文献按规范改一下', 'reference normalization for our journal'. The user ONLY supplies the raw reference list — no standard docx needed. The skill normalizes each entry field-by-field (authors, title, source, year/volume/issue/pages, document type marker, punctuation), merges bilingual entries, fills missing conference publication metadata via web lookup, and emits BOTH a copy-to-Word HTML (plain-text refs plus beautified editor tips) and a .docx (references only), plus non-format quality checks (count, self-citation, foreign ratio, web-source ratio, warning-list). For other journals, the user may supply that journal's standard and the skill will re-parse it.
