Generate interactive HTML pages that run inside the deepbi sandbox iframe or as standalone files, using the `window.deepbi` JS SDK for data queries, space management, file browsing, and user operations. Use when the user asks to create KPI dashboards, data tables, file browsers, member lists, admin pages, or says "转成 dhtml", "转译成 HTML", "把 XX 页面转成", "控制台页面", "管理后台", "DeepBI 页面迁移". Also trigger when a page file path under apps/console/src/features/ is mentioned or when the user describes a console page layout (metric cards, data tables, tabs, drawers). Do NOT use for generic HTML pages unrelated to deepbi, or for non-deepbi data sources. Proactively suggest when the user mentions converting, translating, or migrating a console/admin page, or needs an interactive page backed by deepbi data.
