When the user asks about Chinese calendar/cultural projections, the Dao Sheng Wan Wu function Ψ, or wants to compute 干支/五行/八卦/三元九运/五运六气/周易64卦/紫微斗数/中医 from a date, immediately use this skill. It computes the deterministic projection, then TRANSLATES it into the DOMAIN the user actually cares about (climate / health / fortune-trend / timing / general) and leads with a plain-language conclusion — not a raw dump of model fields.
