Install and use the official SkillHub CLI to connect to skillhub.cn and publish local skills to the community source. Use when the user wants to (1) connect to SkillHub / set up publishing, (2) install the skillhub CLI, (3) log in with a personal API token (skh_...), (4) verify identity (whoami), or (5) publish/push a local skill directory or .zip. Includes the Windows Git Bash path-compatibility fix (cygpath) and python3 symlink workaround, plus the publish dry-run workflow.
